How to convert additional contacts to users

Now you can add new users to your account, we've grandfathered the additional contacts features for vendors. We wanted to give you control over which additional contacts became users, so haven't automatically transferred these records across.

How to convert additional contacts to users

To convert an additional contact into a Felix user, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to Settings > Profile.
2. Locate and expand the Additional Contacts section.
3. Locate a contact you wish to convert.
4. Click the more icon next to the contact.
5. Click Convert To User.
