Get notified of expiring vendor documents

The Document Settings enable you to send notifications within your organisation regarding the expiration or near expiry of specific document types.


To enable notification of expiring vendor documents:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Document Settings from the main menu.
  2. Locate the Document Type you would like to receive expiry notifications for.
  3. Enter a valid email address beside the relevant document type.
  4. Click the Update button.



If you would like to establish vendor documents for your organisation or modify configurations for existing documents, such as altering the notification period, document types, notification recipients or document fields, reach out to the Support team.
