The questionnaire displays a series of questions provided by the organisation to assist in their evaluation of vendors seeking to become approved.

You can learn more about the questionnaire by reading our guide; Introducing the questionnaire.

Responding to questions

Each questionnaire can have a mix of mandatory and optional questions that have been configured by the respective organisation. You should work through each section of the questionnaire, ensuring that you have completed all mandatory fields.

Sometimes when completing the questionnaire you may be required to download, sign and/or upload documentation to support the relevant questions. Documentation that has been provided by the organisation can be downloaded by using the orange highlighted links in the question summary text.

You can save your questionnaire responses and come back to them at any time using the Save button at the bottom of the questionnaire.

Questionnaire sections

Each questionnaire is broken up into several different sections. The sections can be viewed in the panel to the left-hand side of the questionnaire. You can click on a section title to view the relevant section.

Submitting the questionnaire

Once you have completed all mandatory questions, you can submit the questionnaire and proceed with your onboarding.

To submit the questionnaire:

  1. Review the questionnaire and ensure you have completed all mandatory questions
  2. Click the Save button then the Proceed button.

If you are unable to proceed to the next section of your application you may still have mandatory questions to complete. Please check that no sections are incomplete and that all mandatory fields have been filled in.

I'm not sure what a question is asking or I don't wish to answer

The questionnaire is configured by the organisation you are onboarding for to assist in their evaluation and compliance assessment of vendors. If you are unsure how to respond to a question, or if you have concerns about providing such information, it would be best to reach out to the organisation directly for discussion.

For additional questionnaires sent by the organisation, you will receive an email notification and a link to the additional questionnaires.
